Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be managing a small team overseeing a stock portfolio of 500 properties. The role has responsibility for rent and income collection, arrears, voids, lettings, tenancy management, tenancy sustainment, ASB and complaints, alongside responsive repairs, planned maintenance, property compliance, contractors, consultants and property-related risks.
