Sen Support Worker September 2025 Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire Fixed Term Contract for 1 year initally £24,483 £26,537 (Actual Salary - 39 Weeks a Year (Dependent on experience) 37 Hours a week 8.30am - 4pm Do you have a passion for inspiring children to bring out their full potential? We are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and inspirational Support Worker to work with children who are at risk of permanent exclusion or who have been permanently excluded from mainstream primary school. There is a varied cohort of children who come to them for a two-term placement to support their social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. They offer intensified outreach and short-term provision for primary school aged children who are at risk of permanent exclusion. Children who attend the Centre will receive bespoke therapeutic packages of support. These are designed to help children develop the skills they would need to be successful in their mainstream school.
