Prime Services Technology supports a rapidly growing business that uses technological innovation to maintain competitive advantage in a constantly evolving market. You would regularly work with a range of high-profile stakeholders, business, external vendors/auditors and internal technology teams. You would also be part of Risk and Control team to coordinate and manage Data Concerns/Quality Issues across Prime Services organization.Role

The Program Manager accomplishes results through the management of professional team(s) and department(s). Contributes to standards around which others will operate. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Requires basic commercial awareness. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas. Accountable for the end to end results of an area. Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results of an area.Responsibilities

Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programsDrive multiple projects simultaneously requiring the ability to multi-taskUnderstanding Business priorities and working as a liaison between Business and Development teamsTrack/monitor day-day project status changes and prioritization changesExecutive reporting on project statuses and roadmaps for technology and business partners and sponsorsApplies in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the subfunction as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function; and, requires basic commercial awarenessEnsures essential procedures are followed and contributes to defining standardsManage expectations and apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practicesInstall a culture of continuous process improvements by applying lessons learned from recent projects to future projectsManage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time, and riskAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm''s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standardsQualifications

8 or more years of experience in a relevant Program Management role.Understanding and exposure to Data Quality improvement initiativesExcellent communication and presentation skill, business user interaction, issue management and status updateExperience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and work with business usersSignificant exposure to structured project management techniques and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.Expertise on Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint presentation, Confluence, JIRAExperience managing and delivering complex technical projectsStrong technical background, experience with Software Development Lifecycle and experience managing stakeholders in a global and dynamic environmentStrong listening, presentation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to influence a wide range of audiences and gain consensus among staffSuperior planning, organization, project management and analytical skills as well as attention to detailAbility to mobilize and motivate delivery in a co-operative and collaborative working environmentAbility to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause and cost-benefit analysisExcellent time management, follow-through, and project delivery skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task, follow-through and manage multiple concurrent projectsAbility to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and partner across a complex organizationProactive and self-motivated professional who can hit the ground runningEducation
