Key Responsibilities - Teaching Assistant - Kettering, Northamptonshire

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your experience

• Providing in-class support as well as one-to-one and small group assistance

• Assisting the class teacher with planning, preparation, and behaviour management

• Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment

What We''re Looking For - Teaching Assistant - Kettering, Northamptonshire

• Experience working with children in an educational setting (paid or voluntary)

• A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills

• A patient and caring nature, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues

• A willingness to learn and respond well to feedback

• Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant certificate are desirable but not essential
