You will be responsible for covering secondary classes across various subjects, providing high-quality education and maintaining the standards of the school. Day-to-day of the role: Cover classes across various secondary subjects, ensuring continuity of education in the absence of the regular teacher.Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and school policies.Engage students in learning activities, maintaining discipline and a positive learning environment.Prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.Provide appropriate feedback on student work and maintain records of students'' progress and development.Manage student behaviour in the classroom by enforcing rules and procedures.
