This is a key role within a creative, collaborative environment, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, discretion, and being at the centre of a dynamic business.The RoleAs Executive Assistant, you will act as a trusted right-hand support to the leadership team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and enabling executives to focus on strategic priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding comprehensive diary management and scheduling across stakeholdersCoordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actionsManaging travel arrangements and itinerariesActing as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partnersPreparing presentations, reports, and correspondenceSupporting project coordination and business initiativesHandling confidential information with the utmost discretionAssisting with ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as requiredAbout YouProven experience as an Executive Assistant or PAHighly organised with excellent attention to detailConfident communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsAble to prioritise effectively and remain calm under press
