About the Role:
• Lead the registration and opening of a new 3-bed EBD children’s home
• Shape the culture, values, and daily running of the home
• Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance
• Recruit, develop, and inspire a strong, child-centred team
• Work alongside trusted partners to embed best practice from day one

About You:
• Experienced Registered Manager or Deputy ready to step up
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
• Strong understanding of Ofsted, safeguarding, and child development
• Confident leader with a nurturing, ambitious mindset
• Passionate about building something meaningful and long-lasting
