This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a background in maintenance, repairs, or property management to play a key role in delivering accurate costings and supporting project delivery.As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations and cost estimates for maintenance and property-related works, supporting both reactive and planned projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed estimates and quotations for maintenance and property worksAnalyse specifications, schedules, and site information to determine accurate costsLiaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to obtain pricingEnsure estimates are competitive, accurate, and aligned with company marginsSupport project managers with cost breakdowns and budget forecastingMaintain up-to-date pricing databases and recordsRequirementsProven experience as an Estimator within maintenance, facilities, or property managementStrong understanding of repair, refurbishment, and maintenance worksExcellent attention to detail and strong numerical skillsConfident communicator, able to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teamsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlinesProficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
