I am recruiting for a Depot General Manager for a great business. You will be a strong leader, motivating the teams around you to achieve performance metrics and push the depot forward. Knowledge of both Warehouse and Transport operations is required to be successful in this 24/7 fast paced business (FMCG) You will know the logistics or distribution industry and have a proven background running large, diverse teams. A strong communicator, influencing productivity and strategy. Strong PandL management through effective planning and reporting. You will be a fast thinker, a problem solver and a proactive AND reactive manager. Development of teams, meeting customer KPI''s. Experience/Qualifications: Proven background of managing large, successful teams. Good analytical skills, financial reporting and PandL responsibility. Good knowledge of HandS and Transport regulations. PC Literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft office Flexible approach to work to meet business requirements as this is a 24/7 operation.
