Catch 22 is partnering with them to recruit a Workplace Experience Manager - Hospitality and FandB Summary:Looking for an individual to manage current FandB and Hospitality operations for London-site and oversee mobilisation of hospitality services across several sites in EMEA. Mostly London based, occasional travel to EMEA sites once per quarter. Experience:- Leading Catering/Hospitality teams to achieve financial and operational objectives- Overseeing and organising relevant training for staff- Working with the catering teams on menu development- Regular liaison with client on standards of guest service and hospitality and ensuring the teams adhere to this at all times- Assist in mobilising hospitality/catering services on new EMEA sites- Ensuring HandS standards are adhered to at all times Pease note, this is not a hybrid position.
