Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm

Are you organised, confident with IT, and comfortable communicating with others? We are seeking a reliable Office Administrator to join our busy team in the Cullompton area.

You will provide essential administrative support across multiple departments, ensuring smooth office operations and effective communication with customers and suppliers.

• Perform general office administration and ensure accurate data entry.
• Manage customer and supplier enquiries professionally and courteously.
• Process invoices and purchase orders efficiently and promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and update databases regularly.
• Support purchasing, logistics, and shipping teams with administrative duties.

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in IT, especially Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
