We are looking for parcel delivery drivers for one of our clients - a leading parcel delivery company in the UK. Work will consist of deliveries (usually 50 to 60 drops) and some possible collections. You will be using a hand scanner when delivering parcels, for which training will be provided. Delivering across GL, HR and WR postcodes only.

You will be an ambassador for a world renowned logistics company based in Stonehouse, Gloucester.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently deliver packages to commercial and domestic properties
• Load and unload packages from delivery vehicle
• Follow delivery routes and time schedules
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interaction

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Parcel delivery experience preferred but not essential - as long as you are comfortable driving a van
• A good attitude to work
• 50 to 60 drops per day. you won’t be going out of your area.
• The ability to follow workplace procedures
• The desire and ability to do all work according to company standards and expectations
• Willingness to learn and develop
• No more than 6 points of full UK licence (depending on the code)

Monday to Saturday - 50 + hours per week

£13.21 per hour

Start time: Approximately  9:00 AM
Finish time: Approximately 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
