My client, a growing house builder, are currently seeking a Technical Manager. The ideal candidate will have similar experience working in the same position for a house builder. Reporting to the Technical Director, to support them in ensuring that the Technical team are fully resourced and well-directed, with clear guide lines to their own job responsibilities, and are provided with full support in achieving these, in terms of communication, training and development, and the organisation of the department''s workload.
