This senior leadership role will ensure service excellence, operational maturity, and sustainable growth across managed and cloud service offerings. Key Responsibilities Full ownership of business operations, performance, and execution.Oversee service delivery for infrastructure, cloud, and support functions.Maintain service quality, meet SLAs, and drive process improvement.Support contract renewals, customer retention, and service expansion.Build and lead high-performing technical and service teams.Report on KPIs, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
