An established main contractor is seeking a Design Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, overseeing prestigious commercial and hospitality schemes in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the design process from pre-construction through to delivery

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors

• Ensure compliance with planning, building regulations, and client specifications

• Lead design workshops and resolve technical issues

• Review drawings and manage design change control

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Design Manager within the commercial or hospitality sectors

• Strong understanding of design coordination, MEP integration, and architectural detailing

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Relevant qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
