Your New Company You''ll be joining a leading infrastructure and highways services provider delivering maintenance, improvement and construction works across the National Highways Area 12 network. Based from the Birdwell Depot, the team is responsible for keeping the strategic road network operating safely and efficiently while delivering a varied programme of planned, reactive and improvement schemes. Your New Role As Construction Manager, you''ll take responsibility for the safe and successful delivery of a portfolio of small to medium highways schemes, managing multiple projects concurrently across the Area 12 network.You''ll oversee schemes from planning through to completion, coordinating site teams, supervisors and subcontractors while ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.The role will cover a mixture of planned and reactive highways maintenance, renewal works, small capital improvements and depot-based projects, offering plenty of variety rather than being focused on one individual scheme. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of multiple highways maintenance, improvement and construction schemes concurrently.
