The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload covering property and private client disputes, acting for both individuals and businesses. The Role You will deal with a broad range of contentious matters, including: Property disputes, including ownership, boundary and right of way disputes Landlord and Tenant disputes across residential and commercial matters Possession, eviction and lease renewal proceedings Probate disputes Inheritance claims Will validity claims Debt recovery and repayment matters Building disputes General litigation and other contentious matters You will manage your own caseload, provide high-quality legal advice and maintain strong client relationships throughout each matter.
