Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Production Operatives to join our operations at our state-of-the-art facility in Bellshill.

What You’ll do

• Perform production line tasks as directed by Supervisors and Key Workers.
• Understand product specifications, processing methods, and throughput targets.
• Maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and accuracy.
• Follow company policies on hygiene, dress code, and health & safety.
• Ensure compliance with the Food Safety Act 1990 and COSHH regulations.
• Participate in training programs to build relevant skills.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices – including “Clean as You Go” and good housekeeping.
• Support a positive team environment with a professional and flexible attitude.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a fast-paced production team.
• Commitment to food hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards.

Desirable:

• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Access to personal transport (not essential – site is public transport accessible).

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 06:00 – 14:30 pm
