An award-winning architecture practice is looking for an experienced finance assistant to join them for a short-term temporary assignment for 2-3 weeks, starting next Thursday 26th June. This is an in office-based role close to Old Street. Temp rate of 18-20 per hour plus holiday pay. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for mainly the purchase ledger, paying and raising invoices, processing of carbon assessment for purchases, bank reconciliations, collating expenses, credit card payments. MS Dynamic GP (Great Plains) is used. Excellent excel skills are essential skills required. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate finance assistant experience within an office setting, ideally from the design and construction industries.
