Working as part of a collaborative IT team, you''ll provide first and second-line support, resolve technical issues, assist with hardware and software deployments, and help ensure users receive a high level of technical support. Key Responsibilities Provide first and second-line IT support to end users. Respond to and resolve IT incidents and service requests within agreed timescales. Install, configure and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripheral equipment. Support Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments. Assist with user account administration and access requests. Provide remote support using remote access tools. Monitor and maintain IT equipment and ensure systems remain reliable. Escalate more complex technical issues to senior engineers where required. Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation. Assist with hardware rollouts, equipment refreshes and IT projects.
