Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Logistics Supervisor (Assistant Core Controller) to join their Logistics department.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced logistics professional with strong leadership skills to play a key role in supporting operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring customer and business expectations are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Liaise with customers to ensure sufficient parts availability in line with production requirements.Manage customer portals and maintain strong customer relationships.Oversee packaging recycling and re-use processes.Organise core shuttles and packaging to production sites.Lead, motivate, and develop a small team in line with company objectives.Manage yard activities including scrap collection, material movements, and cleanliness standards.Act as lead for scrap sales.Organise direct-to-line packaging deliveries.Produce monthly summary reports.
