Calnex are looking for an experienced Business Development Director to lead our EMEA Sales team. You will drive regional growth, develop key customer and partner relationships, and manage a high-performing team focused on delivering innovative technology to global markets.Responsibilities

Lead and grow EMEA sales and channel performance.Develop regional strategies to expand market share.Manage and support a high-performing team across EMEA.Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and customers.Ensure data-driven forecasting and CRM best practices.Qualifications

10+ years in senior sales or business development roles in EMEA.Proven channel partner leadership and forecasting expertise.Strong communication, people management, and collaboration skills.Experience in B2B tech (telecoms, data centres, cloud) preferred.Experience working in an Engineering company.
