Housing Quality and Performance Manager
A Local Authority in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Quality and Performance Manager to join their team on an initial 3-month contract, with scope to extend.This is a key role within the management team, driving improvements across complaints, performance, and service delivery.What you''ll be doing:Leading on complex and escalated complaints, including member enquiries Analysing performance data and KPI trends to identify areas for improvement Attending management meetings to provide insight and recommend solutions Embedding service improvements and supporting managers to raise standardsWhat you''ll need:Local Authority experience within Quality, Performance or ComplaintsConfidence handling complex cases and interpreting management dataExperience influencing managers and driving service improvementAbility to attend the Hertfordshire office 2 days per week (flexible arrangement)Park Avenue has worked with this council across multiple departments and can vouch for a supportive and collaborative environment.Interviews are takiing place next Monday and Tuesday, with CVs being reviewed tomorrow.
