What You''ll Be Doing:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the class teacher
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a calm, purposeful learning environment
• Supporting students with their learning and promoting positive engagement
• Working collaboratively with school staff to encourage academic and personal progress
• Gaining hands-on experience across a range of subjects and year groups

• Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g. coaching, mentoring, tutoring, or support work)
• Confident communicators who can lead a classroom and motivate students
• Adaptable, proactive, and professional individuals with a genuine interest in education
• Those considering teacher training (PGCE/SCITT) or other education pathways in the future
• Reliable, enthusiastic team players who are ready to make an impact in school communities
