Your contributions will directly support our mission of sustainability and environmental responsibility.Responsibilities and Duties for HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter: Perform routine maintenance, MOT prep, parts ordering and emergency repairs on a variety of vehicles, tyres and equipment to ensure smooth operation.Identify mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.Ensure all equipment and tools are in line with health and safety regulations. General workshop duties, including maintaining good garage housekeeping standards.Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanics.Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and machinery.Excellent problem-solving skills.Familiarity with safety regulations in the workplace.Good communication skill
