The firm offers a well-established consultancy model supported by significant investment in business development, compliance and administration. What the role offers: 70% fee share on self-generated work, rising to 85% based on length of service. Strong internal referral network, with c.40% of work generated internally. Full admin, compliance and onboarding support from a central team. Access to outsourced business development generating regular enquiries. No requirement to handle admin, file opening or compliance processes. The successful candidate: Is a qualified solicitor with confidence in managing their own matters. Has an existing following or portable client base with a minimum of £100,000 Is entrepreneurial, self-motivated and commercially aware.
