You are responsible for the organisation of attracting, interviewing and selecting candidates in line with legislative and client requirements. Working to specific Performance Indicators, ensuring the sourcing, facilitating and converting of candidates against requirements of labour to those clients in line with the agreed SLA''s whilst maximising the quality and retention of the labour pool. Working closely with the wider team you will creating professional relationships with other departments / areas of the business within Challenge-trg, while ensuring that the candidate has a positive experience. You will need to be flexible in your working hours/days, as recruitment can be 7 days a week operation during peak.
