Our partnership with this established and market leading food manufacturer is going from strength to strength and we are presently tasked to help them find a Head of Engineering for one of their key sites in the North West of England. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of an established Engineering Team and to really drive long term strategy, lead on all future projects and to continue to develop a high performing culture.The RoleThis role is part of the senior leadership team and you will be challenged to deliver in a number of key areas including reliability, efficiencies, team development, succession planning and budgetary control, Health and Safety, Culture and Site Compliance.You will be assessed against a number of key deliverables, along with your inspirational leadership skills and delivery of projects in line with strategic business objectives.This role will offer the successful candidate full autonomy and the opportunity to put their stamp on the role.
