Sales Manager (Cruise Photography Sales) Location: Home-based with access to Southampton for regular ship visits. UK Driver s License and own transport required. International travel required circa 4-6 times per year, for 1-2 weeks at a time. Our Sales Manager will play a key role in ensuring we meet our sales potential, shaping young, multicultural teams, and maintaining high sales standards in a dynamic environment. The Role: We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Sales Manager with a passion for training, motivating, and guiding our teams to achieve sales excellence. This is a senior role where you will lead and coach 11 onboard Photo Managers, providing them with the tools, support, and strategies they need to deliver excellent sales performance. While knowledge of cruise operations and/or photography is beneficial, our primary focus is finding someone with a proven background in multi-site retail sales management who understands what it takes to drive performance.
