We now have an exciting opportunity for a Production Coordinator to join their team! This will be a broad role and you will be the first point of contact in dealing with client enquiries and emails in a quick and efficient manner. Other responsibilities include sourcing and purchasing samples, equipment, props and materials for projects. You will be supporting Production Managers with putting together quotes and pricing as well as updating project plans as well as managing smaller builds yourself. Supplier management and negotiations are also part of the role as is general administration and coordination of installations.About you

We are looking for a team player with a positive and can do attitude who is super organised and ideally has some experience in a similar production house or fabrication company. Remaining calm under pressure and being able to make decisions as well as communicate with internal stakeholders, clients and suppliers alike are all key. Attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative are also very important - this would suit a production coordinator or project coordinator who is looking to take the next step in their career!
