Are you confident managing your own caseload and helping people move towards independent living? Client Snapshot: An opportunity has arisen with an established housing and support provider delivering housing-related support to adults across the Wakefield district who need accommodation or are at risk of homelessness. The service focuses on person-centred support, independence and successful move-on into suitable accommodation. Vacancy Brief: Housing Support Worker community-based role covering the Wakefield district. Three-month temporary assignment, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9-5pm. Enhanced DBS Certificate is essential. No weekend, out-of-hours or bank holiday work. Pay rate: £14.00 per hour PAYE or £18.04 per hour Umbrella. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. Business mileage reimbursed at the standard HMRC rate, subject to appropriate business-use motor insurance.
