CMA Recruitment Group is retained on an exclusive basis to appoint a qualified Management Accountant, on a part-time permanent basis, for a well-established Southampton charity. The organisation operates a group of services across the city and employs almost 200 people, with a turnover of around £6m. It is unusual in that it delivers much of its work in areas where commercial providers have withdrawn, and any surplus is reinvested rather than distributed. The culture is deliberately family friendly and the working pattern is genuinely flexible.The position is 24 hours per week and the organisation is open on how those hours are arranged, whether that is three full days or spread more widely across the week. Thursday mornings in the office are the one fixed commitment, as that is when the senior team meets.What will the Management Accountant role involve?
