While strategic direction sits at a senior level, you will be instrumental in embedding health and safety best practice across operational activity.You will be responsible for:Supporting the implementation and maintenance of health, safety, and environmental standards across the siteMonitoring compliance and ensuring policies and procedures are consistently followedCarrying out risk assessments and advising on corrective actionsWorking collaboratively with site leadership and operational teams to deliver safety plansTracking and reporting on performance metrics, highlighting areas for improvementSupporting and, at times, leading internal HandS meetings and discussionsAssisting with the ongoing development of management systems aligned to recognised standards (e.g. ISO frameworks)Providing practical guidance and coaching to colleagues at all levelsAbout YouWe are looking for a proactive and confident individual who can build strong relationships a
