The Role As a key member of our practice team, you will provide high-quality chairside assistance while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. We are seeking someone who can work independently, communicate effectively with patients, and maintain high clinical and professional standards. Key Responsibilities Providing full chairside support for NHS and private dental treatments Preparing and maintaining surgeries to a high clinical and hygiene standard Managing cross-infection control and decontamination procedures Sterilising instruments and ensuring HTM 01-05 compliance Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical notes Welcoming patients and providing a professional, friendly first point of contact Booking appointments and managing the practice diary Answering telephone enquiries and supporting reception duties Assisting with compliance requirements and maintaining documentation Using digital compliance systems and practice management software Working closely with clinicians and colleagues to ..... full job details .....
