Role: General/Production Operative

Location: Wigan, WN5 0LB

Pay: -20.20 - -22.45 per hour

Job Type: Temporary, Ongoing contract

This position operates on double days (rotating mornings and afternoons) or night shifts. Full flexibility across all shift patterns is required.

• Earlies:

Monday - Wednesday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
Thursday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
Friday: Off (no shift unless overtime is requested)

• Lates:

Monday - Wednesday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Thursday: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
Friday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

• Nights:

Monday - Wednesday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
Thursday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
Friday: Off (no shift unless overtime is requested)

• Prepare, manufacture, and dispatch diverse food products within a fast-paced production setting.
• Operate production line machinery and handle tasks across the plant floor.
• Assist with the movement and handling of raw ingredients, finished goods, and packaged products.
• Collaborate closely with your team to uphold high product quality and hygiene standards.
• Adapt to cross-training and deployment across different factory units as operational needs change.

• Desirable: Prior experience working in food manufacturing, production, or factory environments.
• Reliable travel arrangements to and from the site in Wigan (WN5 0LB).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously.
• Full flexibility to work across rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

• Competitive Pay: -20.20 per hour (Day Shifts) | -22.45 per hour (Night Shifts).
