This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified educator with experience in health and social care, further education, and vocational training.This role involves delivering engaging, face-to-face teaching sessions across the County, as well as supporting learners enrolled on distance learning programmes. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students to achieve qualifications in Health Care, Education, and First Aid training.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in Health Care and Education programmesProvide engaging, face-to-face classroom delivery across multiple locationsSupport learners undertaking distance learning and blended learning coursesDeliver or support delivery of Basic First Aid training (training can be provided if required)Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback in line with awarding body standardsMaintain accurate records in line with education compliance and quality assurance frameworksPromote safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion within all teaching practicesRequirements:Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training or equivalent)Minimum Level 3 qualific
