A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well established and highly successful Electrical Contractor based in the West Midlands. Now seeking an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to financially support a diverse portfolio of Commercial, Retail, and Industrial projects, including both new build and refurbishment works. As an Electrical Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial success of multiple projects. The role will be split between office and site environments, working closely with the Commercial and Contract Management to ensure accurate cost control, efficient project delivery, and strong financial performance. Responsibilities Prepare, manage, and monitor project costs throughout all stages Produce accurate bills of quantities, cost plans, valuations, and variations. Conduct site visits to assess progress, verify claims, and support project delivery. Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement. Prepare and submit interim and final applications for payment. Monitor project budgets and forecast future financial performance. Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve commercial issues. Ensure compliance with company standards, contract requirements, and industry regulations.
