Job responsibilities/expectations for a Soft Services Manager: 2 years experience in Healthcare Cleaning Management Held a driving licence for a minimum of 2 years Experience or proven ability in working and leading teams/own initiative Experience of client liaison and negotiation in service sector preferably health service Basic Knowledge of the operation of the National Health Service and patient care Ability to communicate both written and verbal to senior management level. Ability to plan and effectively execute projects meeting required target dates. Ability to solve problems in an effective manner. Able to construct and write reports.
