Responsibilities: Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and coordinated design information to a high professional standard. Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other consultants. Develop and review technical solutions for steel frame and reinforced concrete structures. Provide technical input on below-ground construction, including foundations, retaining structures, and waterproofing. Ensure all documentation complies with current UK Building Regulations and relevant statutory requirements. Support site teams by addressing technical queries and assisting with construction-stage challenges. Contribute to quality assurance processes and maintain internal technical standards.
