You will work collaboratively with teachers, families, and external professionals to deliver impactful interventions that support pupils'' emotional wellbeing, engagement, and long-term success. Your Key Responsibilities: Deliver individual and group therapy sessions tailored to pupils'' needs Support pupils with SEMH needs, trauma, attachment difficulties, and associated SEND Develop and implement therapy programmes aligned with EHCP targets Conduct assessments and produce high-quality reports for families and local authorities Provide in-class therapeutic support and contribute to a relationships-first learning environment Liaise with CAMHS, social workers, families, and multidisciplinary professionals Support transitions, reintegration programmes, and therapeutic interventions across the school Deliver therapeutic training
