Based in London, this position guides institutional clients through integration and onboarding across EMEA. The role covers account setup, FIX connectivity, testing, certification and ongoing support. It also partners with Sales during pre-sales conversations and feeds client feedback into Product.Key responsibilities
Lead clients through onboarding, integration and UAT for pre- and post-trade workflows.Act as a technical SME in pre-sales, mapping integration paths and articulating platform capabilities.Coordinate client releases and enhancements; test and manage rollout with Sales and Support.Troubleshoot escalations; work with external vendors and internal Product/Business teams; channel client input into roadmap.Requirements
3+ years in a client-facing integration or implementation role within capital-markets technology.3+ years with FIX messaging. Experience with XML/JSON is a plus.Working knowledge of Fixed Income/ Money Markets products preferred.Strong communicator, self-starter, collaborative problem-solver with high ownership.Post-trade lifecycle knowledge; exposure to front/middle-office systems and connectivity vendors.Conformance testing and certification; networking familiarity (TCP/IP, MQ).Experience with Project Management ticketing software (i.e JIRA).The Opportunity
