Were building a national network of best-in-class engineers / installers who take pride in their work and want to lead the clean energy transition. As we scale, were looking for a Head of Installer Network to take the lead.The role

Youll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and retaining top-tier heat pump installer teams across the UK, building a high-performing, mission-aligned network.This is a pivotal leadership role focused on growth, quality and community. Youll define and lead the strategy to scale our installer workforce while upholding the standards and values that define Installio.Youll collaborate closely with operations, product, and marketing to shape the full installer journey from first contact to long-term partnership.

What youll do

Own the installer acquisition strategy from sourcing and outreach to qualification and onboardingBuild systems and tools to support scalable, high-quality network growthDesign and deliver a standout onboarding experienceDefine and drive retention and engagement programmes including incentives, training and recognitionFoster a national community of excellence supporting installer success and continuous improvementWork closely with product to ensure our tools are built for the installer experienceRepresent Installio externally at industry events, trade shows and partnership forumsWhat were looking for

Experience in network or community buildingroles, ideally in trades, marketplaces or field service operationsA track record of hiring, onboarding, or managing distributed contractor or workforce networksHighly organised, strategic and execution-focused, with strong people skillsPassion for supporting talent, raising standards, and building communityKnowledge of the heating, energy, or renewables sector is a plus but not essentialWhat youll get
