This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration, scheduling and coordination experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Collect, analyse and maintain operational data to support business reporting and compliance. Highly Important Coordinate maintenance activities with internal teams, subcontractors and third-party suppliers.Process site reports and update company CRM systems with accurate information.Investigate and resolve report discrepancies with contractors and service providers.Liaise with monitoring providers and manage cases through to completion.Maintain equipment and stock records, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.Raise purchase orders and support stock procurement activities.Schedule engineers and technicians, managing appointments and diary bookings.Ensure all records and documentation are accurately maintained within company systems.Essential Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience within a maintenance coordination, scheduling or service administration role.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organisational and time management skills.Experience processing ..... full job details .....
