Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Assisting individual pupils or small groups, including those with special educational needs
• Promoting positive behaviour and providing a nurturing environment
• Assisting with classroom management and organisation
• Supporting pupils'' social and emotional development

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with children is preferred but not essential
• Patient, caring, and motivating with a passion for education
• Excellent communication and teamworking skills
• Flexible and adaptable to different classroom environments
• Enhanced DBS check (or willing to obtain one)
