We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Plumber to join a reputable contractor specialising in social housing repairs and maintenance. The role involves delivering high-standard reactive repairs, refurbishment works, and planned maintenance across residential properties throughout Staines-upon-Thames.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking a wide range of reactive plumbing repairs and planned maintenance tasks in both occupied and void properties, including leak detection and repairs, installing bath panels, pipework and taps.
• Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions, provide feedback electronically, and log details of works undertaken or to be undertaken.
• Providing excellent customer service and representing the housing provider in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS)
