Academics work with a number of specialist schools in Southampton and Hampshire that support young people with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and additional complex needs. We are seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to provide classroom support, help children reach their potential, and gain invaluable experience working with a range of Special Needs and Mental Health challenges.

Role Details:
* Location: Southampton / Hampshire
* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
* Phase: Primary & Secondary SEN schools

• Graduates in Psychology, Criminology, or related fields, or those interested in a career in teaching, educational, occupational, or clinical psychology

• Motivated, compassionate, and resilient individuals

• Available Monday to Friday to provide consistency and long-term classroom support

• Interested in working with children with Autism, Learning Disabilities, or complex needs
