My client are a specialist civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Project Manager to help deliver a major tunnelling and shafts project in London. The successful candidate must have strong experience managing tunnelling and shaft construction projects. Project Manager Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for project delivery Managing project programmes and budgets Client and stakeholder liaison Managing subcontractors and site teams Health and safety compliance Managing RAMS, permits and project documentation Managing tunnelling and shaft construction works Monitoring progress and commercial performance Managing project risks and reporting Ensuring works are delivered on programme, within budget and to specification Leading project meetings and providing progress updates Project Manager Requirements: Black or Gold CSCS SMSTS Strong tunnelling and shafts experience is essential Previous experience managing underground civil engineering projects Experience with SCL, shaft sinking, TBM, pipe jacking or similar tunnelling methods would be advantageous Strong civil engineering background Strong programme and commercial management experience Experience managing subcontractors and site teams Full UK driving licence The next steps to apply for the role!
