Role Responsibilities - Production EngineerProvide hands-on engineering support to production, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.Work closely with Production and Quality to maintain efficient, repeatable assembly processes.Identify and support improvements to production processes, quality, and efficiency.Support Continuous Improvement activities using Lean and problem-solving tools.Assist with New Product Introduction, including production process setup and validation.Support the introduction of new or upgraded production equipment and fixtures.Ensure work instructions and production documentation are accurate and up to date.
