Reporting directly to the Group CFO, this is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused, hands-on finance professional who enjoys leading and developing teams whilst taking ownership of financial reporting, controls and business performance. The Role:As Financial Controller, you will oversee the day-to-day finance function across multiple businesses, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls and regulatory compliance. You will play a key role in supporting the senior leadership team, improving processes and contributing to the continued development of the group. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage and mentor the finance team, developing skills and improving efficiencies. Oversee the preparation and review of monthly management accounts, including PandL, balance sheet and cash flow reporting. Manage month-end and year-end processes, statutory accounts and external audits. Manage long-term financial forecasts, cash flow projections and working capital.
