AP Manager (Purchase Ledger)
Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to work for a company based in the Crawley, West Sussex area. The Accounts Payable Manager will be managing a small AP team and managing the end-to-end P2P process.Location: Hybrid working, West Sussex. Parking onsiteAccounts Payable Manager duties:Supervise and manage, train the accounts payable team Ensure the purchase ledger is maintained accurately and maintain accurate supplier recordsPreparing daily, monthly, and annual reconciliationsProduce reports and analysisWork closely with key stakeholders on reporting - budget/forecast information and ledger analysisMonitor and oversee the accurate completion of account reconciliationsHandle supplier queries and manage / resolve any escalations Skills and experience:Experience of working in a similar Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger Manager type role, P2P expProven people management skills Problem solving skills and strong attention to detail Good communication and relationship building skills
